OSCAR AWARDS WITH DELTA
- Event: 2025 Oscar Awards – MPTF The Night Before
- Activation: Photo Mosaic customized to fit inside a Delta wall graphic. Event guests had the chance to win Delta travel vouchers.

- Location: Fox Studios Lot in LA
- Duration: Half Day, 4 hours
- What Happened: We partnered with Delta to promote their Delta One Lounge at the 2025 MPTF The Night Before The Oscars event. At the star-studded event, event guests were able to win Delta travel vouchers based on whether their cell in the photo mosaic grid had a winning scratch off sticker.

- Highlight: Getting to chat with Tyrese for a bit after the event!

NBA ALL STARS WEEK
- Event: 2025 NBA All Stars Week – Shinola/Detroit Pistons
- Activation: Glam Booth at the Shinola SF store to promote the Detroit Pistons + Shinola.
- Client: Shinola + Detroit Pistons
- Location: Shinola store in San Francisco
- Duration: Half Day, 4 hours
- What Happened: We partnered with Shinola + Detroit Pistons at their activation during NBA All Stars Week. Guests were wowed by our Glam Booth with its custom skin softening filter. They were able to take amazing photos with a Pistons championship belt and a jewel studded basketball among other props. Everyone looked fabulous!

PORTOLA MUSIC FESTIVAL
- Event: Portola Music Festival SF
- Activation: Custom GIF Booth with AI Background Removal.
- Client: 400 Conejos
- Location: San Francisco
- Duration: 2 Days, 10 hours per day
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we helped promote 400 Conejos at the Portola Music Festival in a custom built trailer during their multi-city tour. We created a custom GIF animation with multiple overlay layers that simulated guests falling down a magic rabbit hole. It involved matching the GIF graphics to the custom rabbit hole background in their trailer for a seamless experience.

ART BASEL MIAMI WITH IKEA
- Event: Art Basel Miami
- Activation: Photo Mosaic
- Client: Ikea
- Location: Miami
- Duration: Half Day, 4 hours
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we helped Ikea create a large Photo Mosaic at their pop up event during Art Basel Miami. Measuring approximately 6ft x 3.5ft, the custom mosaic board with 280 cells was completed within 4 hours.

ALASKA AIRLINES
- Event: Alaska Airlines – New Collaboration with Chef Brandon Jew
- Activation: AI Photo Booth
- Client: Alaska Airlines
- Location: San Francisco
- Duration: Half Day, 4 hours
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we helped Alaska Airlines promote their new collaboration with Chef Brandon Jew. On certain domestic routes out of SFO, Alaska Airlines would start serving a specialized menu created by Chef Brandon Jew. Using our AI Photo Booth, guests were transported into custom generated Alaska Airlines themed scenes. We created unique AI scenes such as pilots standing in front of an Alaska Airlines plane and stewardesses posing inside a plane. Event guests would be instantly transported into these AI scenes. Food, travel and lifestyle focused social media influencers and celebrities were invited to attend this event.

US FIGURE SKATING CHAMPIONSHIPS
- Event: US Figure Skating Championships with Toyota
- Activation: 360 Booth with Custom LED Enclosure
- Client: Toyota
- Location: San Jose – SAP Center
- Duration: 4 Days, ~8 hrs/day
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we helped promote Toyota with a 360 Video Booth experience for event guests at the US Figure Skating Championships. Over 4 days, guests were able to create memorable 360 videos which were instantly shareable. We had a custom LED 360 enclosure with Toyota branding printed on the interior and exterior. The 360 booth was wrapped with Toyota branded custom vinyl. A custom music track and a Toyota branded overlay were combined with the 360 video outputs.

UFC MULTI CITY TOUR
- Event: UFC Multi City Tour for VIP Events
- Activation: Kande Station with Photo/GIF/Boomerang options
- Client: UFC
- Location: Multiple Cities and Venues across the US
- Duration: 1 Year, 27 events at different venues
- What Happened: Partnering with the UFC, we helped them with a 1 year long multi-city tour with 27 different fight events. Our Kande Station selfie kiosk allowed VIPs at their events to take branded photos/gifs/boomerangs. Each event needed different custom artwork and branding based on the various fighters fighting. We advised them on the best options for this multi-city tour, updated the custom assets for each event and provided operational and technical support throughout.

ALFA ROMEO
- Event: Alfa Romeo at Monterrey Car Week
- Activation: 360 Booth with Custom Branded LED Enclosure
- Client: Alfa Romeo
- Location: Monterrey, CA
- Duration: Half Day, 4 Hours
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we created a custom 360 video experience for guests of the Alfa Romeo event at the Monterrey Car Week. The 360 enclosure was custom branded on the interior and exterior and the LED interior bars were set to Red to match the Alfa Romeo brand. Since the event was at night, the glowing LED enclosure along with sounds of laughter from guests using the booth attracted even more people to come experience the 360 activation.

VMWARE EXPLORE
- Event: VMware Explore
- Activation: 4x AI Sketch Robots
- Client: VMware
- Location: Venetian Convention Center, Las Vegas
- Duration: Half Day, 4 Hours
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we had 4x Sketch Robots creating unique headshot drawings at the VMware Explore conference. The interest in the activation with the tech crowd was over the top. The line was for the bots was at least 40 people deep for the entire 4 hours. Many guests were taking their cell phones out to record the sketches in real time. It was a huge hit!

- Highlight: Getting to watch Jimmy Eat World perform live at the venue during the event!

EVA AI
- Event: AVN Show
- Activation: Custom Video Booth with Onsite Director, Custom Set, Custom Music and Branded End Card.
- Client: EVA AI
- Location: Virgin Hotel, Las Vegas
- Duration: Half Day, 4 Hours
- What Happened: Working with an agency partner, we created a custom video experience for guests of the EVA AI event at the AVN Show. A custom fabricated LED metal structure along with a large custom branded backdrop were used as the background for the videos. Our onsite producer directed guests during each session to capture the best poses and movements. We integrated a hair blower and custom music to match the theme of the event.

- Highlight: The end client was thrilled with the video outputs, and couldn’t stop commenting on how amazing the videos and the director were. They came back to participate in the activation with their team multiple times!
